Lemon Balm is the herb I am gonna give a try. This whole winter of sunshine peeking thought, but its freezing outside, its really messing with me! I am definitely a spring girly. I like my warm outside days. Perhaps drinking some Lemon Balm tea when I feel sadness and anxiety coming through, due to what I just mentioned, should help! I did a few things so far, like rearrange my furniture so its less open concept, more cozier, to align how my home looks to how its outside. If that makes any sense! I plan to now go and buy some Lemon Balm leaves and give it a try. If its helps, then I already know a few people to recommend it to!
